Rosa Lopez-Arias is the Broker and owner of Key to Your House Realty. She holds a Real Estate Degree and brings more than 30 years of Real Estate experience.
In previous roles, Rosa worked as a real estate agent at the following Real Estate companies. Real Estate eBroker Inc. – (2015-2020); Creative Real Estate Consultants, Inc. – (2005-2015); Prudential California Realty – (1996-2005) & Century 21 Teamwork – (1995-1996). At these companies, she represented both buyers and sellers. She remains committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and collaboration so she can provide every client with exceptional service, support, and care.
Rosa is knowledgeable about federal, state, and local rea estate laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines, as well as the preparation of real estate acquisition contracts and related documentation. She is also a certified Probate and Trust Specialist. Her professional affiliations include the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS and California Regional Multiple Listing Services (CRMLS. She holds a real estate license from the California Department of Real Estate.

Christopher is fully dedicated to his real estate career, focusing on lasting client relationships and exceptional service. A Southern California resident for 40 over years, he is also actively involved in his community. He makes it his full-time goal to build long-lasting relationships with his clients, and to deliver top-notch service to each and every one of them.
His deep familiarity with the region gives him extensive knowledge of Orange County and its housing options putting him a step above the rest. Paired with strong organizational skills and proven negotiating expertise, this insight enables him to help clients find their dream homes or successfully sell their current properties.
Beyond real estate, Chris enjoys golfing with friends, traveling and spending time with his wife, two children and their dog, Ellie.
