Rosa Lopez-Arias is the Broker and owner of Key to Your House Realty. She holds a Real Estate Degree and has over 20 years of Real Estate experience.
In her previous role as a Real Estate Agent, Rosa worked at the following Real Estate companies. Real Estate eBroker Inc. – (2015-2020); Creative Real Estate Consultants, Inc. – (2005-2015); Prudential California Realty – (1996-2005) & Century 21 Teamwork – (1995-1996). Rosa was responsible for working with both buyers and sellers during her time at these companies. She is always learning, growing, and collaborating as a team to improve skill and service levels. Bringing the highest level of support and care to every single client.
Rosa has Real Estate knowledge with Federal, State & Local Real Estate Laws Regulations, Instruction, Policies and Guidelines. Preparation of Real Estate Acquisition Contracts and documentation. She is also a certified Probate & Trust specialist. She is associated and a member of the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS; Pacific Southwest Association of CRMLS and State of California Department of Real Estate License.

MEET CHRISTOPHER
Christopher gives nothing less than 110% when it comes to his real estate career. He makes it his full-time goal to build long-lasting relationships with his clients, and to deliver top-notch service to each and every one of them. Chris has been a resident of Southern California for the past 38 years and is active within his community.
Being a long-time resident of the area gives him extensive knowledge of Orange County and the homes that it has to offer, putting him a step above the rest. His strong organizational skills combined with his tough negotiating expertise bring the best tools to the table in helping his clients find their dream home or in selling their current one.
Outside of local real estate dealings, you can find Chris spending time with friends on the golf course, traveling with his wife and spending time with their dog Ellie.
